"Sangles", or french for the pieces of material or strap that holds onto a horse, was originally designed by Joachim Metz and issued in 1985. Handcrafted in France to the highest luxury standards, Hermès scarves are true wearable pieces of art that take 18 months to create from start to finish with over 750 artisan hours into each scarf design. The design of "Sangles" depicts an illustration of the equestrian cinch buckles draped over an equestrian bar bordered by various multi-color buckles.
