This limited release combined the classic "LV" monogram with the French "trompe l'oeil" 3D painting technique, emphasizing the brands long history of travel pieces in a bright and unique coloration. The specific pochette Métis, which coined its name from Zeus' first wife Métis, was handcrafted from premium, high quality materials in France and produced in extremely limited quantities for the collection. Vuittons' take on the classic monogram includes pops of pink and red amongst the classic trunk motif which runs along the entirety of the bag with matching detachable monogram strap to wear either as top handle or crossbody bag. Interior opens with a double push "s-lock" to plenty of storage including one large center compartment and two side slip pockets lined with a cross luggage printed fabric.
