This special edition of the "Voltaire" was handcrafted in France to the highest luxury standards out of premium monogram canvas that was originally introduced in 1889 and is one of the longest running patterns made by Louis Vuitton that is still in production today. Louis Vuitton makes two editions of the "Voltaire" with the monogram canvas version in a completely different shape than the version made from EPI Leather. This particular "Voltaire" is the EPI version but specially made per a customers request out of the classic Monogram canvas. Canvas exterior and vachetta piping is in gently used condition adorned with gold hardware and special order heat stamped "W" to one strap. Interior opens to a burgundy suede alcantara lining with one interior slip pocket and D ring attachment imprinted with "AAS10455" date code for special order, France 2005.
