Originally designed by Gaston-Louis Vuitton, the bag was originally named “Champs-Elysées” after the famous street in Paris but later renamed "Alma" after “Place de l’Alma”, where Avenue Montaigne meets the River Seine. This special edition Alma comes in the "Amande" coloration released during the Spring/Summer 2014 in the most popular "PM" or middle size bag. Handcrafted in France to the highest luxury standards, this bag is made of vernis (or patent) coated epi canvas with double rolled structured leather vachetta handles and silver coated double zip closure embossed with "LV" zipper pulls. Bag comes complete with detachable clochette, original lock and key. Interior of bag opens to matching alcantara lining with two slip pockets with date code tag of "FL2174" for France, July of 2014.
