The Louis Vuitton Alma is a classic closet staple, first introduced and inspired by the architect of the Art Deco era of the early 1930's. Originally designed by Gaston-Louis Vuitton, the bag was originally named “Champs-Elysées” after the famous street in Paris but later renamed "Alma" after “Place de l’Alma”, where Avenue Montaigne meets the River Seine. This Alma comes in iconic monogrammed coated canvas, double rolled structured "toron" leather vachetta handles and brass double zip closure embossed with "LV" zipper pulls. The leather vachetta handles as well as bottom of bag has been professionally painted in a rich dark chocolate brown, giving this vintage bag a modern facelift. Measures: 13.75” L x 9.75” H x 6.25” D

Condition: Signs of use are hidden by the dark chocolate brown leather paint. This leather paint has been professionally done and sealed to ensure longevity. Interior is in excellent condition. Hardware has some light scratching/fading. Small scuffs to corners.
