Vintage Bottega Veneta Double Tassel Satin Evening Clutch Shoulder Bag
Vintage Bottega Veneta Double Tassel Satin Evening Clutch Shoulder Bag, circa 1995. Established in 1966, Bottega Veneta quickly became world re-known for it's close attention to detail and intricate weaving of leather in their handmade goods. Under the creative direction of head designer Giles Deacon, the nineties saw a complete revamp of the brand focusing more on the relationship between artisan and designer that has carried over into the brand today. This incredibly rare bag is a true work of art by the iconic fashion house and was handcrafted in Italy from premium satin and adorned with lambskin leather. Three internal storage compartments complete the bag with two side slip pockets, one with roomy zipped interior for storing your going out essentials. In addition there is an internal snap closure adorned with brass "Bottega Veneta" clasp as well as as adjustable knotted woven leather shoulder strap with two lambskin tassels. This versatile bag can be worn as a shoulder or clutch bag to suit your day to evening looks. In great vintage used condition, with signs of wear mainly to internal snap closure compartment.

Condition: Good pre-owned condition. Satin is in overall good condition with only slight wear to satin corners. Mild pressing to leather closure and wear and slight marks throughout internal snap closure. Overall structure of bag is rigid and retains it's original shape. Strap and leather tassels in great condition.
