Yves Saint Laurent Vintage Wool Challis & Silk Plaid & Paisley Patterned Scarf, Circa 1970 - 1980. This beautiful and classic plaid patterned scarf by Yves Saint Laurent comes in a beautiful cream and red coloration cross-sectioned with blue, red and white lamé. In the early 1960's, Yves Saint Laurent became iconic for his play on patterns mixed with vivid colors and this scarf is no exception! The inset of the scarf contains a bold, oversized paisley print intertwining to create a large Celtic symbol. This extremely rare and sought after scarf by the YSL fashion house was hand-crafted in Italy to the highest luxury standards with every detail intricately perfected down the fringe scarf border. Versatile and fashionable, this scarf can be used as a scarf, shawl or lightweight throw. In great, vintage used condition with very little signs of wear and use.
